As you may know, we sold our Noxon property in 2024. With dreams of our next project taking shape, we’re on the lookout for affordable land in the Plains - Thompson Falls corridor. With the need for affordable workforce housing, we are considering a 700-800 sq ft, 1 to 2-bedroom home.
